What you choose to share
Our inquiry form collects contact details, business category, location and optional operating and financial estimates, sale goals and property information. Please do not submit bank details, tax IDs, customer lists or employee information through the form.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, understand your business and discuss potential services. Submitting a form authorizes contact about that inquiry. It does not create a brokerage engagement or a nondisclosure agreement.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored as private records in our WordPress website. Website hosting providers process information to operate the website. Access to the management inbox is restricted to authorized website administrators. Financial records should be exchanged only through an appropriate process arranged after initial contact.
Sharing and retention
We do not use the initial inquiry form to publish your business for sale. Any later disclosure to buyers or transaction advisers should be governed by the agreed engagement and confidentiality process. We retain inquiry information while needed to evaluate and respond to the request and for applicable business recordkeeping.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of inquiry information or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing admin@okcbusinessbrokers.com or calling 405-295-0025. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal obligations.
Website operation
This site does not currently add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting provider may process technical logs, and WordPress uses authentication cookies for administrator sign-in. Links to external services are governed by their own policies.
Buyer and property inquiries
When you inquire about a listing or property services, we collect the contact information, listing selection, acquisition budget range, funding approach, timeline and message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and discuss relevant opportunities or professional coordination. These records are stored in the private WordPress inquiry inbox. Notification emails link authorized staff to the record rather than including your acquisition details. Contact admin@okcbusinessbrokers.com about access, correction or deletion requests.
