COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
The business.
The property.
One coordinated plan.
The right property decision depends on your exit goals, the buyer’s needs and the economics of the business. Consider the building and the operation together, while evaluating them separately.
Have the property conversation early.
Bring your lease, rent schedule, property ownership details and any available property records to the first discussion. If you own the building, consider whether the operating company pays market rent and how occupancy expenses appear in its financials.
Our planned commercial real estate capability is intended to coordinate business sales with licensed brokerage support for purchases, sales and leasing. Broker identity, licensing, availability and engagement terms will be confirmed before any real estate representation begins.
For a standalone property transaction, tell us the property type, location and your goals so we can discuss the appropriate next step.

Have a question specific to your business?
Let’s talk it through ↗
Can I sell the business and keep the building?+
Potentially. A sale with a new lease may work, or the property may be sold with the business in a coordinated transaction. Rent, lease length and occupancy terms affect operating earnings and buyer financing. Discuss property options with a licensed commercial real estate broker.
How much is my business worth?+
A useful opinion of value considers sustainable earnings, comparable sales, industry risk, assets, owner dependence, working capital and proposed terms. An asking price or online calculator alone is not a valuation. A preliminary review is not a certified appraisal.
What will brokerage services cost?+
Scope, fees and any engagement terms must be discussed and agreed in writing before representation begins. Request a consultation to review the proposed arrangement; this website does not quote a standard fee.
